[CTSARA] homebrew 20m dipole

With a couple of whips and a bracket from Advanced Specialities in Lodi, an
old curtain rod, and my lighting stand...  I think I just may be back on 20
meters

If anyone has some time later today or tonight, I'd like to figure out if
 can do more than generate a blast of static on my shortwave receiver.
