[CTSARA] Southern Fairfield County Skywarn Coordinator Needed

CT ARES would like to resuscitate Skywarn down here in southern Fairfield
County.  To that end, they would like to appoint an Assistant County
Coordinator for Fairfield County Skywarn - someone to hopefully organize
Skywarn down here and at the least serve as net control for a Skywarn net
during times of heavy weather (e.g., the snowstorm on the 9th/10th).

Unless you already have some Skywarn training, you would have to do some
self-study to learn what it is that National Weather Service wants in terms
of info from its Skywarn nets.
