[CTSARA] SARA Meeting Thurs Jan 2

Just a reminder - the SARA January meeting will be this coming Thursday
(Jan 2) at 8pm at Govt Center.  The topic will be "How To Program the New
Chinese HTs", including the BaoFeng, Wouxon, and TYT.  We will cover both
manual programming and computer-based programming using CHIRP software,
which is free software that can be used for programming most radios
including the Chinese as well as Alinco, Icom, Kenwood, and Yaesu.

Bring your radio.  Also bring your programming cable if you have one (USB
for the computer and then whatever fits your HT).  We will have a
programming cable for the Wouxon and one for the BaoFeng, but no guarantees
that those will work with any other radios.
