I was pointing out that that is a fluff video. Period!
Give me a chance to put my proof in the pudding. It doesn't cost you anything. 
I don't want to squabble back and forth. Based on what you have been saying, I would think you would be open minded about alternative training. 
But the fact that you lash out at it and trumpet how many people you have brought to the service makes me believe you fear outside knowledge. I assure you I'm not trying to take over anything. 
I KNOW I have some sound and practical training and advice for the CERT service to grow from. 
I've offered an opportunity for you to judge yourself after I show you what I mean. It'll cost you nothing more than about an hour of your time. 
It's up to you Jon. Are you willing to maybe learn something? Maybe I'm full of it. There's only going to be one way to tell.
