[CTSARA] ITU and CQ

Good Day All:
Hope this is simple. What ITU and CQ zone/region would i be located in Stamford, CT? 
What i find is ITU zone 8 CQ zone 4. But..... Others and i had inputted previously  is
  - ITU zone 6 CQ zone 5. Hope all is well,  73's
