[CTSARA] Info From Frank Cassella

Frank wants to remind everyone that Sandy is a hybrid storm.

It is expected to hit CT starting Sunday evening but is a different kind of
storm because it will last 36-48 hours, not the usual 12 hours (like Irene).

This is a tide and wind storm and problems will last for 3-4 tide cycles,
not just one. That alone will catch people by surprise and cause problems.
Even more importantly, it means potentially a lot more damage from the
extended winds and tides.

You can all hear/read about the state's preparation's, the city's
preparations, etc., etc. on the news and internet so I'm not bothering to
forward those things.

Stay safe,
Jon
