[CTSARA] Hurricane Volunteers Needed

I'm at Government Center in the Mayor's hurricane planning meeting.  SARA
has been formally asked to be prepared to do it again, just like we did In
Irene.   That means backup radio ops at the shelter, backup radio ops at
the EOC, and a few others at Government Center for Community Service Line
and reserve.  I expect that we will also want someone at Red Cross Darken
(I'll see if Toy can staff that).
