[CTSARA] Cystic Fibrosis Cycle For Life Event

Today's Cystic Fibrosis Cycle For Life event was a success despite the dire
forecasts of biblical floods (it didn't start raining -- and then only
lightly -- until most of the riders were finished.

The event organizers were blown away by the job done by amateur radio in
providing communications for the event.  They are plastering references to
ham radio (and the clubs by name) in all of their literature on the event,
reports back to their big donors, etc.
