Detailed out for special mention, along with the city's Department of
Health and Social Services, the city's first responders, the city's
Department of Operations, Stamford Public Schools, and Stamford CERT is

"Stamford Amateur Radio Association (SARA):  HAM radio operators
volunteered their time establishing and maintaining communications between
Government Center and other agencies ..."
