[CTSARA] Nice Words From Red Cross

I was in a conversation today with a state-level manager from Red Cross
today and when I identified myself as being from SARA (as well as Stamford
CERT), he had some very very very nice things to say about the
communications support they received from Stamford hams during Sandy. He
specifically mentioned AT (KK1R) and Chris (KB1QXR), but was went out of
his way to make it very clear that he was talking about all of the hams who
were involved here in Stamford.

To him, one of the most important things was that the hams helped take a
lot of workload off the shelter manager during the height of the storm by
being COMMUNICATORS first and hams second, and by being flexible to help
Red Cross do whatever was needed to help the populace.

P.S. He also made a point of noting the way we're working with GBARC to
develop regional communications for Red Cross.
