[CTSARA] Need Help For Bloomin Metric Communications Test

Toy and I want to thank Larry - W1LAG who helped us on the communication
test today.

Also a few people including Seth (SHG), Paul (CVB) and Ned (CVV) who
graciously QSY'd while we were testing.

I think I missed someone in the list of QSYs and I apologize if I did.
