Next SARA Meeting June 07, 2012
 
 Program: SARA Field Day. 

 

Those of us at the Stamford Amateur Radio Assoc. who would like to participate in Field Day it is important to attend the Thursday June 07 meeting. WE hope to see you and look forward for a successful 2012 Field Day.
 
SARA Field Day is the most popular amateur radio event in the US and Canada. During the fourth full weekend in June. The eyes of the amateur radio community turn towards the annual Field Day operating event. From its beginning back in the 1930's as an event to test the field preparedness and emergency communications abilities of the amateur radio community, Field Day has evolved into the largest on-the-air operation during the year.

Not sure about Piza.

 

This is where we had Piza last month.


We'll be meeting at 6:30 pm at Sorrento for pizza for those who would like to have a sit-down dinner. Sorrento is 879 High Ridge and those of us getting together for pizza. Talk-in 146.655 repeater!
