[CTSARA] Japan RTTY On 17 Meters

For the past few nights I've noticed a lot of Japanese RTTY stations on 17
meters in the late afternoon/early evening.  They're clustered around
18.104MHz.

I talked with one of them last night and he said that there are a group of
them that target North America pretty much every evening (our time) most
days of the week.  He also said they've been getting through most days
since about early December.

Soooo ... if you need Japan, or need Japan on 17 meters ... fire up your
RTTY capability.
