[CTSARA] WSHU Story About Emergency Response Includes SARA

This past Sunday, WSHU's Fairfield County Focus did a story about citizen
 involvement in emergency preparedness and emergency response.  I was
interviewed for that story to talk about ham radio's efforts in emergencies
and about SARA's participation in Hurricane Irene (now classified as
Tropical Storm Irene).  That interview was included in their broadcast this
past Sunday.
