[CTSARA] Ladder

Hi all :
My dipole has hooked into the brackets that hold the gutter on my house. If possible does anyone have the ability to help unhook it? I don't go on this section of roof due to its height.i have some ext ladders and there is a small roof that with a step ladder you can access the bigger roof. I will pay for any semi professional or professional time if need be. Thanks and 73's and Merry Christmas.
