[CTSARA] Radio On Plane

Well everyone, I wussed out.
I couldn't find the manual and i didn't want to risk it.
(Yes, i have watched that TSA doc that's on netflix that shows their
shortcomings).
The more annoying part was, while in flight, i found the pdf of the manual
saved on my phone.

Lesson learned.  I'm eyeing a Buddipole and looking at the DIY alternatives.
