Dear Ham Radio Operator:

The Westchester Emergency Communications Association (WECA) will be
running an Extra Class test preparation class beginning on January 8,
2013. The course will be taught at the Fire Training Center at 4 Dana
Road in Valhalla, NY. Class will begin at 7 pm on Tuesday nights and
finish around 9 pm.

Last year in the spring approximately 15 people completed the course,
took their test during the 10th week and received their upgrade to
Extra Class!
