[CTSARA] Radios on a plane

Or more specifically battery and antenna.

I'm flying out west work this week.  It also happens to be the ARRL 10m
Contest this weekend.  I don't think i'll have an issue putting my 10m
mobile in the suitcase.  I don't know what to do for an antenna and power.
I think my external LiPo pack will be fine in the suitcase so that leaves
antenna.

Any thought
