[CTSARA] malware on my computer WB1GRB

Two malware on my computer. Would be advisable to run a full virus scan on your computer. 
This scan was done several weeks ago and was fine on my computer. 
I also ran Soybot which detects Spyware results where negative. 

Anyone who received a e-mail from kb1ify or if you have his e-mail address should do this scan.
