[CTSARA] Bill Librandi's Emails

It looks as if Bill's yahoo email account has been hacked and that the
hackers are sending out spam and links to sites with viruses -- to CTSARA,
to GNARC, and to everyone in his personal address book.  This is a common
kind of thing that happens a lot these days.

If you see anything from Bill that has a link or image in it, do NOT open
it.  Just trash and then permanently delete it.

SARA is putting Bill on moderation for now until the problem is cleaned up.
 I suggest that GNARC does the same.
