[CTSARA] New Call Sign - KB1SUN is now K1OC

I succumbed to the temptations of the vanity call sign system and was lucky enough to obtain a rare 1x2 call, whose suffix -- not by coincidence -- is the two initials of my last name. 

E-mail addresses etc will remain the same until I figure out all the collateral effects.
