[CTSARA] Fw: WSTC/WNLK Sold

I said I wouldn't use this list to comment on the change that took place as 
WSTC and WNLK became non-commercial, listener supported NPR stations last 
Sunday night however I was going through some old messages and I think the 
line about Lisa Wexler and Neil boortz by John, WB2RYV is the line of the 
day even if this was sent a few days ago.
