[CTSARA] Use SF Repeater Tonight

For those of you participating in the Sunday night net -- please do not
switch the repeater over to the hospital.  We believe that the SF repeater
is permanently fixed.  In addition, we've powered it back to a level (75
watts) that will not strain the amp nor produce high heat during continuous
usage.  We want to use it and see how it performs.

We may link in the SF 440 tonight to give the 440 some exercise.  There is a
temporary fix on there now that we believe will hold until we can get up
there again to do some soldering, but if the temporary fix doesn't hold, I'd
rather have it fail during a Sunday night net than fail at a time we really
need it.  Note that we have powered back the 440 also to a point where it
should be able to operate continuously without putting a strain on the amp
or produce high heat.

p.s.  Fred -- all of the net and newsline macros and schedule setpoints have
been added to the SF controller, so it should operate the same as the H
controller (famous last words).
