[CTSARA] Stamford Hour Article on SARA

The current issue has a full page article about SARA, and hit most mailboxes
on Friday (yesterday).

It's a pretty good article.  The reporter got a few minor facts wrong (e.g.,
it's the MILITARY that has wide spectrum access and not just the NAVY) and
she made it sound as if I've stayed in touch with Leonid since the 1960s
when I said that it was funny that someone I spoke to in the 1965 timeframe
turned out to be a member of the club in 2011, but it paints ham radio in a
very positive picture.
