[CTSARA] Ops Needed For MS Bike Ride This Sunday - DESPERATE

Folks,

Please please please.

If any of you can participate in the coverage of the MS Bike Ride on Sunday,
Toy is desperate for help.  Apparently he had people lined up and some of
them have dropped out -- leaving him in the position where he's going to
have to back out of providing the coverage that was committed.

Ham radio has made a really good name for itself in Fairfield County over
the past couple of weeks (Bloomin Metric, Bennett) and it would be a shame
to ruin all the good publicity we've gotten.  Plus, it's an opportunity for
get practice -- something that we don't get enough of.

We had 14 people for Bennett, including some people who were new to public
service ops.  We don't need many, just a few of you.  To give you an idea
just how strongly I feel about this, I'm busy twisting Tina's arm to get her
to go, and that's an activity not unlike grabbing a pit bull by the tail
(well, except that pit bulls are far more gentle than she is).
