[CTSARA] Sterling Farms 440 Out Of Service

The Sterling Farms 440 machine is out of service.  It failed sometime
between Tuesday (the last time I checked it) and Friday BEFORE the big
storm.

I went up there today and found that it was still transmitting at about 1/4
watt, which indicates that the problem is in the power amp.  When we were
there in May(?) we found that the 440 power amp had some iffy pots (similar
to the problem we had previously in the 2 meter power amp).  We made a
temporary fix to the 440 at the time that we hoped would carry through to
the fall, but apparently no such luck.

Either that or it got hit by a golf ball (those of you who have been to the
site will know what I mean).

We'll have to arrange to go up there and fix the amp.  In the meantime I've
disabled repeat on the SF 440 and enabled repeat on the hospital 440.  As
many of you know, the hospital 440 is lower power and the antenna is not up
as high, so it won't have the coverage of the SF 440.
