[CTSARA] Indoor 2m/440 antenna

I'm looking for advice on how to best set up an indoor base station antenna
for 2m/440. So far I am looking at the following options:

*	buy or make a basic wire dipole: http://goo.gl/2qbem
*	use a mag mount antenna with some kind of ground plane (e.g. sheet
metal, aluminum foil stretched on wood, etc.): http://goo.gl/LsW0a
*	build a basic qarterwave antenna using an SO239: http://goo.gl/tgftB

Does anyone here have an ideas / experience with these options (i.e. which
works best), or any alternatives?
