[CTSARA] Hospital Repeater Status

We put the Arcom back in the hospital today.  I want to thank Jon W3EIC,
Andy N2CN, Tina KB1UOB, and Tony KB1SUN for all the work they did while I
stood around and pressed buttons on HTs.  Special thanks to Jon for his
expertise at dealing with rack-mounted equipment and to Andy who did a fair
imitation of Fortunato (look it up) working behind the repeater.

I would also like to thank Fred K1FC, John WB1GRB, and Andy (N1MFV) who
helped in testing.  As you may know, N1MFV is not a club member.

Of course, great thanks to Curt W1FSM for his help and guidance.

We have one problem that we know of -- the 440 is not responding to DTMF
tones from some radios.  Curt and I are probably going to go back there
tomorrow afternoon to see what we can do to fix it.

The repeater should be good for the net tomorrow night.
