[CTSARA] Bad News on Sterling Farms 2 Meter

It's been failing big time today.

John GRB had it cutting in and out on two QSOs this morning and we've had
it cutting in and out repeatedly this afternoon.  None of us is in a
position to get up there to listen for the exciter until later this evening
when GRB will try.  Undoubtedly, it won't fail when GRB goes there, but we
can always hope.

Right now we're still using the SF repeater because we're doing various
testing.  If you want to talk on 2 meters, try using the New Canaan 2 meter
  146.775-  PL 100   (thanks to Bill IFY for the suggestion).
