The pictures won't forward, but the 441.700 Milford system is going to be
off the air for a long while.  It is basically destroyed.

*Enclosed please find a few pictures showing the Damage and Loss of the
441.700 Repeater System. The Main Repeater of our Groups Emergency
Communications which does all the Linking to all other Repeaters around as
well as Linking to the Clubs 146.445 Repeater, and also has the Echolink
System attached to it. This repeater and its entire systems allows us to
talk on either the club’s 146.445 or the 441.700 repeater and have the
441.700 linked to any repeater throughout the State of Connecticut in times
of Emergency Situations.*

*Sadly Hurricane Irene has taken the tower down along with the Commercial
Repeater Antenna and the Link Antennas and all the Hard-line to produces all
the capabilities that the 441.700 possessed.*

*We will be asking persons for Donations to help us Reconstruct and erect
the System. When we gain enough funds we will then invest it into **Tower
Sections (ROHN 25), Commercial Antenna System and Link Antenna Systems, etc.

*I hope and pray that the Three Owners of the 441.700 Repeater: Mike
Singewald N1PLH, Eddie Cellini N1KGN and myself Kevin N1KGM will get the
support from you all in achieving this Lengthy reconstructions of our
system. WE NEVER in all the Years we owned the Repeater (18 Years Now!)
NEVER asked anyone for payment to use our systems in those entire years.
With that in hopes of that we pray that you all will take serious thought to
donate to the efforts of rebuilding that system.*
