[CTSARA] Hurricane Katia

Katia is currently a tropical storm in the mid-Atlantic between the Cape
Verde Islands and the Caribbean Sea.  She is expected to become a hurricane
by late tonight/early tomorrow.

At present, her forecasted track has her aiming for Charleston South
Carolina, to reach there late next week.

Hurricanes that follow that track mostly turn northward while still
mid-ocean and pass harmlessly between the continents.  However, a
significant minority of them do continue on course and strike the
continental US.

Uh oh.
