Item 1 - Frank Fedeli, Director of the Citizen's Service Center:  "The ham
radio guys are doing a great job.  In between their radio work they're
helping out with calls to the Citizen's Service Center.  They picked up on
it right away and have been very helpful to the people who call in"  (btw -
about 120 calls handled just by the hams)

Item 2 - Ann Fountain, Director of Health & Social Services:  "The shelter
is up and operational with the help of the Red Cross and ham radio people.
 The ham radio people are really really good."

Item 4 - Chris Munger, Mayor's Special Assistant for Emergency Preparedness:
 "Let me say again what a great job the SARA ham radio folks are doing"
