As we prepare for the upcoming storm please note the following information:

The SARA repeaters may be operated in a controlled mode, by WB2RYV (Jon P)
from the Stamford Emergency Operations Center.  Traffic may pass as normal
until such time as the repeater goes into use for public service.  At that
time,  health and welfare traffic will be a priority, however all hams may
operate on the repeater for storm related traffic and check-ins. 
Condition reports will be appreciated and should be directed right to
WB2RYV.

We are planning to operate EchoLink (as WB1RGB-R, courtesy of John Sabini)
on the 440 machine, and will connect it to the 2m if required.  We are not
planning to operate the 440 machine in controlled mode.

2 meter repeater:
146.655 Out
146.055 In
PL-100Hz.

440 repeater:
447.125 Out
442.125 In
PL-114.8Hz.

When checking your radios, please ID, followed by "testing".

Should you not be able to use your radio, or reach a repeater, and have
traffic to pass, you may call me via landline at 203-569-6600 and will
relay traffic via radio to the EOC.
