[CTSARA] PSK-31 latest hurricanes and tropical disturbances

I would like to send PSK-31 latest hurricanes and tropical disturbances information every morning @ 7:00 am and 9:00 pm on 145.100 simplex. 25 watts.
 
Works well with the SignaLink interface. 
 
Please let me now how well PSK-31 is working?
