For those of you interested.  This makes the second year in a row that CT ARES 
couldn't get their act together in time to conduct their SET with the rest of 
the country.

Greetings!

After getting input from the members of the Connecticut ARES Leadership Council 
(CALC), I have decided to move the Simulated Emergency Test (SET) dates for 
Connecticut to the weekend of 6-7 November 2010. 


An unusually large number of Public Service events (as well as other related 
activities) in October have made this change necessary. I apologize for any 
inconvenience.

Please pass the word to all ARES, SKYWARN, and NTS operators in your Regions and 
on your respective nets. And have them encourage ALL amateurs to participate in 
this important exercise!

See you on the radio for the Simulated Emergency Test on Saturday, 6 November 
2010!!
