SARA MEETING
 
Unless noted, meetings are held on the first Thursday of every month in the Mural room of the Senior Center, at the Stamford Government Center, Tresser & Washington Boulevard, Stamford Connecticut. November program would be Jon P. (KB1QBZ) discussing generators and Andy (N2CN) presenting “Code for Contesting”: how to learn the code used for contesting. 
 
The meetings continue to be held the first Thursday of the month at 8.00 P.M. on the second floor of Stamford Government Center. The business portion is short as most of the club business takes place at monthly board meetings. 
 
If you have a suggestion for a topic or speaker or you would be willing to make a presentation, let a club officer know.

SARA Dues Are Due
 
SARA Dues are $20.00 for regular members and families, and $10.00 for students and people who are living at least 50 miles or more from the repeater site. SARA Dues. http://www.ctsara.org/SARAdues.htm

LICENSE EXAMINATIONS  
 
Amateur Radio License examinations will be held at the Stamford Government Center on Tresser and Washington Blvd. 
 
Dates for 2010 VE exam: Saturday November 20, 2010. 
Test session starts at 9:30 A M and ends at 12:00 noon.
