[CTSARA] Hospital 440 Back In Service, But ...

With incredible assistance from Curt (W1FSM), we now have the hospital 440
repeater installed back at the hospital and running at just over 20 watts. It
seems to have decent coverage south of the Merritt and west of the ridgeline
leading down to Hope Street.
HOWEVER -- the cable that connects from the Arcom controller to the repeater is
missing. It was taken with the repeater when the repeater was removed for
servicing and hopefully either Frank or Chris has it (we're checking with
them).
Until then, the hospital 440 is operating on its own internal controller.
Unfortunately, that controller is NOT programmed, which means that it does not
produce a courtesy tone and it does not identify itself. People using the 440
should identify themselves AND the repeater. For example,
"This is KB1QBZ over the W1EE repeater"
Next step is to finish the repair work on the Sterling Farms 2 meter amp (a pot
needs replacement) and the fans need to be installed. As soon as that's done,
we'll put the amp back in SF and at the same time fix the 440, which is cutting
in and out.
