[CTSARA] Fw: [GNARC] Warning From ARRL

I picked this up from the GNARC reflector.

Apparently someone claiming to be ARRL has been phishing for personal info. 
 ARRL will never ask for personal info on-line or in email and if you receive 
any such requests they are fraudulent and you should not respond to them.
