Curt (W1FSM) called me to ask for help in identifying some transmissions that 
are hitting the Norwalk 2 meter repeater (146.775, 600KHz shift).  They're 
voices in Spanish (at least he and I think they're Spanish), quite scratchy (as 
if from a long distance) and keeping the repeater going almost constantly for 
hours at a time.

It is possible that these signals are coming from people on another repeater or 
people who are just using the repeater's input frequency (146.175) as a simplex 
frequency (or even some frequency around 146.175, such as 146.180 or 146.170.

Curt helps us out on many many many technical issues and we on the board would 
appreciate it if folks in the club would monitor 146.775 to see if you can hear 
these people.  If/when you do, please switch to 146.175 and see if you can hear 
them.  By finding out who can hear them on the input, that will help us figure 
out where these folks are.

ALSO, if you speak Spanish, it would be very very very appreciated if you would 
listen to their conversation (on 146.775) and see if there is anything in the 
conversation that you can pick up that might identify who they are.
