Some of you may have been wondering why anyone would want to become
president of the SARA club. I know I am.

It's time I explained my reason for taking on the job. It's actually quite
simple: I CANNOT STAND the pizza at John the Baker, which is where we get
together for dinner before the monthly meetings, and taking the presidency
seemed to be the most efficient way to change the location of our dinners.

Therefore, as my first official act as new president of the club, I am
putting out a call for suggestions for a new dinner place. Probably pizza,
but other genres can be considered (as long as it's the type of food that
most people would eat -- nothing too exotic).

Requirements include:

*	Reasonably priced
*	Good food
*	Reasonably close to Stamford Govt Center so we can get to our
meetings
*	Tasty food
*	Good parking
*	Edible food
*	Able to accommodate a varied number of attendees with little or no
warning

Tonight I'm going to test out that new pizza place at Ridgeway (it used to
be Luna Rosa, but they've changed name to Noni or something like that).
Maybe tomorrow night I'll test out Pappas Pizza downtown. Monday will be
Hope Street Pizza. And then Tuesday I'll try ...

It's a tough job, but someone has to do it. By the way, if anybody wants to
meet for pizza tonight ...
