 Folks,

I was up at the museum today, discussing arrangements with my friends on the groundskeeper staff. Our tables have already been delivered to the observatory, and the rear gate to the rear parking lot will be unlocked after 2:30 pm for anyone working on the antenna crew to enter. They will unlock the observatory for us by 3:00-3:30 so we can put up the beam antenna on the upstairs deck. I will be up there in the rear parking lot by 2:30, look for my green Chrysler van.
The bad news is that there is no refridgerator at the observatory yet, as summer camp is starting late because of the elongated school year this year.

We will be using 3 air cannons at once, so it should be a lot of fun to watch!

AT, if you could bring along some weighted tennis balls along with your air cannon I'd appreciate it as I'm down to 2 left. The club will re-emburse us for any lost balls.

We could still use a couple more lengths of rope, if anyone has some available.

Also, some additional large tarps would be great for when it rains. (I'm a weather pessimist, what can I say?)

I've yet to hear back from Red Cross Ronnie about her visiting us at some point, some if anyone has any influence with her please call her and invite her again, she's always shown up in the past but we've yet to get a commitment from her for this year.

I will be bringing a ton of bug spray with me, I'd suggest anyone on the antenna crew bring plenty of liquids and both a pair of shorts and a pair of long pants, as the woods are full of interesting insects and some poison Ivy in spots.

6,000 pts ladies and gentlemen, that is our goal, andfailure is not an option!!!
73,
Terry
