I have an older Jabra BT-800 unit which has an LCD display and I think you
might be able to set the PIN but I am not sure. It's bigger than the ones
you get these days but it's yours free if you want it :-)

Out of curiosity--why do you need to set the PIN?

Hi

Most Bluetooth earpieces have a 4-digit PIN of 0000 to mate with most cell
phones automatically. I am looking for a reasonably priced Bluetooth
earpiece that either has a settable PIN or a preset PIN not equal to 0000.

Any suggestions?

 

(BTW - reason is to use it with a Yaesu rig - the Yaesu unit is clunky)
