[CTSARA] Replacing Capacitors On A Motherboard

Does anyone have any experience replacing caps on a mother board?
I picked up a Via Epia-M board at Nutmeg on Sunday.  For five bucks,
it was worth the hit.  On inspection two of the caps look bloated.
