[CTSARA] WB1GRB Field Day Planning

Hello everyone:
 
This year we put more effort on Field Day planning. I have been working with Terry, KA1BVE tiding up details on our Preparations web page. We made some changes and moved several operators to other tents. We know which radios and antennas we will be using. 
 
I meet with Terry, KA1BVE, Bill, Kb1iFY and Ernest, KA1NGG Wednesday night. We checked our inventory of SARA's Food & Supply List. Ernest & Bill will be picking up supply's Friday. We are in good shape with the food planning. Please don't bring any food items unless you contact me first! We have had wasted food in the past. 
 
Field Day Set-Up / Saturday morning the 27 th @ 9:30 am. We will have coffee, juice and some breakfast. Need Volunteer for Saturday morning picking up coffee and donuts for breakfast. ( save your reset)
