[CTSARA] Meeting At Another Food Place - Location Change

[Franklyn A. Ballentine, jr]

I'm keeping the original time of 7 pm.  I can't make 6:30.  I will be
in the office to about 6:45 - 6:50pm.  We're short due to employee
vacations.  Most of those who responded were good with 7.  One or two
said even said that they might show up after 7 due to prior
commitments.
