[CTSARA] SKYWARN Frequency change

Please be advised that SKYWARN is changing the Statewide Simplex 
Frequency that we use from 146.535  to  146.565. This change will take 
effect as of September 20, 2008. Please make the necessary frequency 
change in your radio equipment.

I request that all SKYWARN Coordinators please announce this change 
during the weekly weather nets this coming week.

I will request that Phil WX1CT changes this on the CT SKYWARN Webpage

This frequency may be in use by ARES within the state as a secondary 
frequency for ARES operations but it is not being used as a primary 
simplex frequency by any of the ARES regions. Wherever this frequency 
is being used by others will require SKYWARN to share use of the 
frequency whenever it is being used by more than one group.
