[CTSARA] several thoughts

I have several thoughts I would like to make. I have been active in Field Day for many years. I see fewer people every year. We have the same people doing the work every year. We also have some new members which did a great job and worked very hard. Much thought and planning also helped greatly. 
We are not the only club with this problem. 

Any member of SARA can participate at our board meeting. The only thing we ask is to contact Ernest.
I have asked for help with our newsletter. I need people to write articles. 

As far as a SARA picnic I will send out invitations for the participants of Field Day from the attendance log. 
I will not turn anyone away that that arrives for the picnic and did not attended Field Day.

SARA Barbecue Picnic Sunday July 27. I will be sending out invitations from the Field Day attendance log. 
Please do not bring any food! We will be using up food from Field Day and will have plenty of food & drinks. 
Bring your own folding chairs.

We will have a serious discussion on ways of improving Field Day. And a discussion of the overall health of SARA. Ways to improve SARA.
