Good news the 440 repeater is now working and sounds fantastic!

I have been working at GE 120 Long Ridge Rd in Stamford. I work in a long 
underground tunnel. I can not even receive the 2 meter repeater. When I 
tried the 440 repeater today it was full quieting and had no problem 
reaching other stations.  Next Tuesday the 2 meter repeater will be linked 
to the 440 with the new controller. As long as their is no problems other 
wise the 2 meter will be off the air.

Please use the 440 repeater. I will be listening and making a log so we have 
some idea on how well it is working.  W1EE 447.125 Out 442.125 In 
PL-114.8Hz. Now on the air!

NEXT SARA Meeting Thursday October 4

Speaker will be Allen Valeo, NN1H. Talking about the Simulated Emergency 
Test (SET) for the Connecticut.
