[CTSARA] SARA repeater down

Friday November 2.
The Stamford repeater 146.655 had a serious malfunction I noticed at about 
9:00 am.
All was quit then I noticed the repeater was keyed open.
Fred, K1FC had to leave work and had to turn off at repeater site.
When we know more I will send a notice.

You can use the SARA, 447.125 Out 442.125 In PL-114.8Hz.

Ned Bassick, KA1CVV did presentation on Packet and APRS for our meeting for
