[CrystalSwap] Trade 2m Xtals for different frequencies

Hey Bry!

	This is for my Heath HW-17.

	It has one HC-6U and three FT-243 sockets.

	It's a crystal-controlled tube transmitter
and a VFO solid state receiver in the shared cabinet.

	I have ideas about converting the Xtal Osc
to a VFO but in the meanwhile I want to make use of
the rig.

	First mod will be to convert to FM/PM on the
transmit side. Probably a varactor but later would
like an all-tube solution.
